Welcome to the Authentic Heartspace Programs Community and Coaching Website. We do Authentic Heartspace Events & I offer Heart-Centered Coaching/Facilitation (Counseling) Services. My background is based in Heart of Now, Non-Violent Communication, & Heart-Centered Compassionate Practices. This includes grief counseling & holding space for all emotions and emotional expressions. I support us feeling and embracing all of our emotions thus I am "emotion-positive". I also o​ffer individual and group Heart-Centered Reiki Energy Healing sessions.
