My name is Jeremy Ashton and I have a Bachelors degree in Social Work. I am presently pursuing my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. I am at the Heart of Authentic Heartspace Program/Services. I am a Heart-Centered Facilitator. I am involved with Heart of Now Authentic Community based in Eugene, OR. I am passionate about bringing the Heart of Now/Authentic Heartspace philosophy and lifestyle to the world. I have over 14 years experience of doing intensive healing work and now I facilitate it. Also, I am a Reiki Master-Teacher and I facilitate Reiki Energy HeaIing Circles & do private healing sessions.

From my spiritual path, I have chosen to live a Hearted-Centered and Emotion-positive life. I very much enjoy building a safe, sacred space/container (Heartspace). I am proponent of Authenticity, sharing the truth from our Hearts, feeling our emotions as human beings, and emoting/discharching emotional pain. And, in my experiencing in order to have thorough emotional healing we need to feel our emotions and get out the suppressed feelings of fear, anger & pain to fully be in our power and Divinity
